  1. I've read a lot recently about helicopter parents filling out applications, sending resumes, and even accompanying their young adult children to interviews in order to ensure they get a job. Clearly, this is over the top, but what's your advice on some ways that parents can help their young adult transition into the adult workforce without being too intrusive?

  2. The biggest issue I cam across while becoming an adult was just feeling overwhelmed with the big decisions of life. Picking colleges, course programs, careers and dating were so intense after living a fairly structured youth through community and church involvement. Is there anything you can recommend to help with the stresses that young adults face, especially in the current economy and political world we live in?
